The best toner I've ever bought. Excellent for sensitive, eczema-prone, acne-prone skin! It soothes immediately! It also helped heal scars and hyperpigmentation! You can layer other things on top of it very nicely, even active ingredients, it doesn't react, but lets the skin absorb it. I can only recommend it, it's better than other better-known brands.
