As with the shampoo from this line, it's a disappointment. Unfortunately, it weighs down the hair quite a bit and the hair can't be combed. The only plus is the dispenser

Efficient conditioner

I use it with the shampoo. The conditioner is very moisturizing and combs the hair great. It doesn't weigh the hair down. I dilute the conditioner with water because it's very thick and it's hard to "pump it out" at the end of the package. However, it works just as well diluted.
