I recommend this cream, it is a light cream ~ gel consistency, it absorbs well, I have sensitive ~ reactive and couperose skin, but this cream did not irritate me at all. It is fragrance-free and silicone-free. I do not suffer from acne, but I have impure skin and the cream responded very well to it and suppressed inflammation. The only thing I would emphasize is that I do not apply the cream daily, but every other day once a day.
